Jack Tweed, 22, widower of reality star, Jade Goody has been formally charged with raping a 19 year old girl. He claims the sex was consensual. Jade Goody died in March. Yesterday, Jade's grandfather, John Caddock, said that Jade's family had turned their back on Jack due to his constant partying and that Jade would not approved of his current behavior. Jack Tweed has had several brushes with the law, including assaulting a taxi driver and beating a 16 year old boy with a golf club. Jack is to remain incarcerated until his next court date, September 21.
