Joe Jackson, 81, wants more money from Michael. This is despite the fact that his wife Katherine, who he swears up and down he is not separated from, gets a $26,000 monthly stipend, plus a $60,000 monthly stipend for the children. Joe has now petitioned the court for an allowance of his own. The difference between him and Katherine? She was named in the will, he wasn't.

Photo's of Michael Jackson's autopsy are being shopped around the internet.
His eyebrows are tattooed and skin is ashen in color. His lips are flat, wide and without lipstick. A scar on his left cheek is visible because concealing makeup had been cleaned from his face. Jackson is lying on his back on a metal autopsy table. The picture was taken at a 30-degree angle toward the left side of the corpse. The photos are reportedly in the hands of a Los Angeles restaurant owner who got them from police friend. It's Very Lucrative Being Michael Jackson's Mother
Katherine Jackson, 79, is reportedly getting quite an allowance from her son Michael Jackson's estate. Between her support payments and those of Michaels three children Katherine is getting a whopping $86,804 per month. Her share of that money is $26,804 per month and $60,000 is earmarked for unspecified expenditures for the children. That's a lot of money. Katherine Jackson has permanant guardianship of Michael's three children, Prince Michael, Paris, and Prince Michael II (Blanket).

Michael Jackson Breakdown on the Day he Died - Joe was Called

Reportedly, Micheal Jackson was in a terrible state in the early morning hours of the day he died. He was crying and stating he wanted to call off his 50 date European tour. He insisted that Joe Jackson be called to clean up the mess. Micheal was allegedly in a manic state, continuously asking aides to see his father and exhibiting signs of a breakdown. When he was eventually told that his father could not be reached he allegedly asked Dr. Conrad Murray to put him out. Dr. Murray certainly did do that, with tragic consequences. Joe Jackson has recently been demanding justice in Michael's death.

Michael Jackson's Death Ruled a Homicide

Today the AP put out confirmation that Michael Jackson's death was a homicide.
Homicide is a scary word. The homicide detectives on tv are always investigating brutal murders, so homicide is just another word for murder, right? Not so much. The definition of homicide is death by the hands of another. There is nothing in there about intent. Going back to philosophy class, all murders are homicides, all homicides are not murders.
Michael Jackson died due to the doctors administration of the drugs in his system. Since the doctor administered the drugs it is a homicide, if Michael had somehow administered the drugs himself (ignore the logistics for just a moment) it would probably be ruled accidental. Not all homicides are even crimes. People accidentally kill people, people kill people for good reason (i.e. a cop killing a subject who is shooting at him) the ruling of homicide is really just a jumping off point. All this means is that it is now definite that the propofol (diprivan) that the doctor administered did in fact kill Michael.
