Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart are suing celebrity website Gawker for posting a private video from the tape that Eric Dane and wife Rebecca Gayheart made with Kari Ann Peniche. They are asking for over a million dollars. I'm sorry, but if you don't want a nude tape to get out, don't make one! Why does this keep happening to celebs? You made a dirty tape, it got out.
