Avril Lavigne Reportedly Dating Wilmer Valderrama

 Singer, Avril Lavigne, 25, is reportedly dating actor Wilmer Valderrama 29, best known for his role as Fez on That 70's Show.  First they were spotted at Nobu and then, on another night at the LA Club Wonderland, where Avril was hands on with Wilmer, touching his knee and whispering to him  Avril filed for divorce from her husband, Deryck Whibley on October 9th.  Valderrama has dated Mandy Moore, Lindsay Lohan, and Hillary Duff.

Avril Levigne Files for Divorce

Avril Levigne has filed for divorce from her husband, Deryck Whibley.  The couple announced that they were going to divorce last month.  Avril filed in Los Angeles citing irreconcilable differences.  The couple were married for three years and have no children.  Avril did not ask for spousal support in the filing and has indicated that she does not want to pay any to Deryck, who is the lead singer for Sum 41.

Avril Levigne and Deryck Whibley Are Finished

Avril Levigne and Deryk Whibley, of Sum 41 fame, are splitting up.  Divorce papers are expected to be filed within days.  She reportedly ended the three year marriage, according to US Weekly.  The couple has no children.  I always thought When You're Gone was the sweetest song ever, and about them....Avril is 24, Derek is 29.
