Adam Lambert Humps Someone's Face, Kisses a Man on TV: People Get Upset

Adam Lambert gave a performance at the American Movie Awards that was extremely reminiscent of David Bowie's over-the-top performances.   He was pretending to hump a male dancers face one minute, then moving on to lead leather clad men around on leashes with a whip.  Near the end of the song he grabbed his male keyboardist and kissed him fully on the mouth.  He also flipped off the audience.

People are upset, ABC has reportedly logged about 1,500 complaints.  However, he was the last act of the night, airing around 11 pm in most places.  The FCC general rules cover only between 6am and 10pm but leave open the possibility of fines after this time period for obscene material.  ABC has said that the offending material was not included in Lambert's rehearsals. 

Some people, including Adam Lambert, are saying that the uproar is a double standard because women have done the kiss before, at award shows.  There may be a double standard but I would also like to point out a distinction.  The other award show with the Madonna/Britney Spears kiss was the MTV Video Music Awards, MTV is a cable channel, ABC is a broadcast channel and as such, is generally held to higher standards by the FCC. 

Madonna Flies to Brazil to Meet Jesus Luz's Mom and Dad

Despite telling the world that she'd rather be hit be a train than marry again Madonna has flown to Brazil to meet Jesus Luz's parents, fueling rumors of an imminent engagement.  That's a pretty serious step to take for a boytoy.  Madonna, 51, has reason to feel ill at ease on this visit, 23 year old Jesus Luz's mother is only 36.  That puts his mother at 15 years younger than Madonna.   

Madonna Sued by NYC Neighbors

Madonna, 51, is being sued by neighbors in the building that her Manhattan apartment is located in.  Neighbors say that she is using her apartment as a rehearsal studio, causing the walls to shake and vibrate, stomping, and extremely loud music to be heard outside the confines of her space, often for three hours a day.  The board of the building says that it has already threatened to evict Madonna.  You would think a woman of her means could afford to rent a studio to rehearse.

Guy Ritchie still loves Madonna, Calls her Retarded

The Material Girl's ex-husband Guy Ritchie, 41, admitted in a recent interview that he still loves Madonna, 51, and responded to a statement she made in the midst of their divorce last year about her knowing someone who is emotionally retarded. His response was that she's retarded, too.  Birds of a feather flock together, I suppose.  Or at least they did.

Guy and Madonna share a son, Rocco together, along with a son that Madonna adopted near the end of their marriage, David Banda.  She has two other children, Lourdes, who was born to Madonna and Carlos Leon before her marriage to Guy Ritchie, and Mercy James, who was adopted after her divorce from Guy.

Sean Penn Beats Paparazzi

A photographer filed a police report after being beated by Sean Penn, according to TMZ.  Penn reportedly kicked and hit Jordan Dawes several times.  Classy guy.  This brings back memories of the days of Sean Penn beating up photographers while married to Madonna...and then beating up Madonna herself.  What a charmer.  Penn's wife Robin Wright Penn filed for divorce in August.

There Goes That Rumor - Madonna is Not Getting Married

Last night Madonna was on Dave Letterman.  When he asked her if she'd ever marry again, she said "I'd rather get hit by a train."  Click here to see the video.  It's actually a pretty good interview.  When Dave brings up A-Rod, who Madonna was rumored to be dating as her marriage fell apart, Madonna turns it around on him and makes it about his A-Rod/Sarah Palin scandal. 

We had earlier reported that Madonna was set to marry her boytoy Jesus Luz.  Looks like either bad information or a change of heart, on her part.  It's okay, he doesn't look like he's going to age well anyway.  She's actually aging like a fine wine, very impressive.

Madonna to Marry Jesus?

Madonna, 51, is reportedly set to marry her Brazillian boytoy Jesus Luz, 22, a model.  The ceremony will, of course, be Kabballah.  If the couple does marry, the ceremony will likely happen before 2009 is over, and it will be huge.  Madonna was previously married to Sean Penn and Guy Ritchie.  

In 1996 Madonna had daughter Lourdes Maria Ciccone Leon with Carlos Leon, in 2000 she gave birth to son, Rocco, with Guy Ritchie.  In 2006 Madonna started adoption proceeding of David Banda Mwale Ciccone Ritchie, in Malawi, after a lot of legal struggles, the adoption was finalized in 2008.  Madonna also adopted Mercy James for Malawi in 2009. 

Madonna filed for divorce from Guy Ritchie in October 2008.
