Actor Josh Duhamel allegedly cheated on his Singer wife Fergie while in Georgia filming Life as We Know It. According to the stripper, Nicole Forrester he met her at Tattletales Lounge where he paid for a nude dance. Two days later he contacted her and asked her to come to his hotel, where they slept together multiple times. She says she has text messages to prove it, and that she has taken a lie detector test as well. Forrester has sold her story to the National Enquirer.
In an interesting twist, Forrester's attorney tells US Weekly that Josh is the one who caused the story to come to light. Attorney Romin Alavi said that “Josh bragged about what happened on the set of his movie, and someone called The Enquirer with the tip. The Enquirer then came to Nicole.” When the story came on San Francisco's 94.9 someone called in to detail more of Josh's alleged indiscretions, this time when he was filiming Transformers 2.
