A photographer filed a police report after being beated by Sean Penn, according to TMZ. Penn reportedly kicked and hit Jordan Dawes several times. Classy guy. This brings back memories of the days of Sean Penn beating up photographers while married to Madonna...and then beating up Madonna herself. What a charmer.
