Nicole Richie was rear ended by a car driven by a paparazzi, there were two photographers in the car. The photographer was arrested for driving without a license because his identification could not be documented. Nicole complained of pain but refused to have an ambulance come, saying she preferred to use her own doctors and did not want to be taken to a hospital. Good choice Nicole, more private and less chance of catching something with those two little ones around.
