DJ AM Did Not Commit Suicide.

Law enforcement believes that DJ AM did not purposely kill himself. It is being treated as an accidental overdose, pending toxicology results, despite DJ AM's previous suicide attempt. This must be a relief to DJ AM's recent ex-girlfriend, Haley Wood. Their breakup was rumored to have devestated DJ AM. Now we know that this issue likely did not cause him to kill himself.

The Reality of Lindsay Lohan

The air is abuzz with rumors that Lindsay Lohan is doing a reality show. Apparently it's supposed to cover her comeback. Reality shows are not a place to gain respect, they are a place to put yourself so other people can laugh at you. Britney Spears Chaotic was a joke, she came off as more stupid than anyone could have ever imagined, and then divorced and went insane. The Anna Nicole Show was an amazingly sad train wreck that was hard to look away from. The Whitney and Bobby show, "Being Bobby Brown" showed a very undignified look at Whitney Houston. Jon & Kate Plus 8 likely caused Jon and Kate to crash and burn and Jessica Simpson was ridiculed following her newlyweds show with Nick Lachey. The show might have contributed to their divorce as well.

The point is that reality shows don't seem to be very healthy for people. Lindsay has had major struggles with drugs in the past and the cameras have caught her sobbing openly about her relationship. Lindsay is a fragile type person as it is. She doesn't seem to have a super firm grip on sobriety or her emotions, so this kind of show could have devestating results. Just something to think about.

DJ AM - Update

DJ AM's autopsy has revealed nothing. It's inconclusive, so we have to wait for the toxicology results. I'm no expert but I think that pretty much means it's definitely the drugs.

Half Empty Bag of Crack Stuck to DJ AM's Body

We had previously reported that DJ AM was found dead with prescription drugs and a crack pipe nearby. Now this article claims that a half empty bag of crack was stuck to DJ Am's bare chest when police rolled his body into it's back. He was laying on his stomach on this bag, apparently haven fallen on it. With at least one admitted suicide attempt under his belt and a very recent breakup that he was reportedly taking very hard it does lead one to wonder if he decided to end it all. Adding credence to this theory is the fact that he has spoken of survivors guilt following the awful plane crash that he survived last year. He was one of only two survivors of that crash, Travis Barker of Blink 182 fame being, of course, the other. To the outside world he certainly seems to have it all, fame, fortune, beautiful women. Sadly, his addiction seemed to get the best of him. Of course, we have to wait for forensics and official statements to draw any definite conclusions.

Crack Pipe found at DJ AM Death Scene

DJ AM has battled a lot of demons, including drug abuse. Since close friends had stated that he was clean and sober at the time of his death. He was actually filming a reality show which staged interventions for addicts. Perhaps the proximity to the drugs was too much for him. This article claims that a law enforcement official has anonymously confirmed that a crack pipe and prescription drugs were found in the apartment with the body.

DJ AM has Died

DJ AM was found dead around 4:30 EST, he was 36. Police do not suspect foul play. DJ AM narrowly escaped death last year in a plane crash with Travis Barker. More details to come, as they become available.

Brody gets Fights Joe Francis, Gets Tased

According to this article, Brody Jenner got into a fight with Joe Francis at Guys and Dolls following a physical altercation between Francis and Jenner's Girlfriend, Jayde Nicole. According to Jenner and Nicole, Francis was beating the woman, TMZ confirmes Jayde's numerous physical injuries. Both men were kicked out of the club and an unknown person tasered Jenner. Not the police, an unknown person.

John Krasinski and Jenna Fischer are Getting Married

Breaking hearts of Girls everywhere, the hunky star of The Office, has gotten engaged to the beautiful Emily Blunt, best known for her role in "The Devil Wears Prada." John Krasinski plays Jim Halpert on the hit show. Jenna Fisher, his fiancee, Pam Beesly, on the show is engaged in real life to actor Lee Kirk, which they announced in July. So, John and Jenna will be walking down the aisle, just not with each other. That's okay, Jim and Pam can still get married, in Scranton, with Michael Scott and Dwight Schrute in attendance.

According to Amy Winehouse's mom Janice, Amy wants a baby. It's bad enough that she wants to go back to her Blake Incarcerated, but she actually wants to procreate with him! Her mom does not even begin to suppose that Amy will listen to reason, but rather that her body weight will preclude her from doing this. Has she ever heard of Nicole Ritchie?

A Lindsay Sex Tape!?!

Police have released photos of the people who burglarized Lindsay Lohan's home. There are very strong rumors circulating that a sex tape is among the items stolen, stay posted! When will these starlets ever learn? Lindsay believes that this was not done by a stranger, but rather an ex-friend. That ex-friend remains unidentified right now, again, stay posted.

They found Jasmine Fiore's Car!

Jasmine Fiore is the 28 year old swimsuit model who was recently brutally murdered, allegedly by her reality star husband, who has since apparently committed suicide. I know, a lot of allegedly/apparently, that's the world we live in... Jasmine's white mercedes has been missing since the crime was committed and police have been looking hard for it, thinking it may hold valuable clues.

The vehicle was found in the parking lot of a West Hollywood grocery store. The police were brought there by a tip from a citizen who noticed it there. The police have been telling everyone to keep an eye out for this car and it seems to have paid off.

Jasmine was married to Ryan Jenkins (shown above) at the time of her death, who recently was on "Megan Wants a Millionaire". She was found in a dumpster with her teeth and fingernails removed. She was identified by the serial numbers on her breast implants.

Eddie Cibrian Filed for Divorce

According to Access Hollywood Eddie Cibrian has filed for divorce and his wife Brandi Glanville has accepted it. According to her, they have discussed it, and they are divorcing.

Cibrian and LeAnn Rimes have been rumored to be having an affair, which he has denied alongside his wife for quite some time. Brandi Glanville even went as far as to call LeAnn a stalker. With recent sightings of LeAnn and Eddie together, the breakup of LeAnn's marriage and Eddie's seperation and now filing for divorce all signs point to Eddie and LeAnn definitely being a couple.

Eddie and Brandi have two boys, ages 6 and 2. Eddie is seeking joint custody.

I mostly know her for being a hot mess, married to the formerly hotter than hell Antonio Banderas. He's looking pretty tired lately, but looks great next to her. She just went back to rehab, suprise, suprise. She's 52, a mother of three, and it's time to grow up. She's at Cirque Lodge a la Lindsay Lohan, no word on whether she got a senior citizen discount this time around.

Michael Jackson's Death Ruled a Homicide

Today the AP put out confirmation that Michael Jackson's death was a homicide.

Homicide is a scary word. The homicide detectives on tv are always investigating brutal murders, so homicide is just another word for murder, right? Not so much. The definition of homicide is death by the hands of another. There is nothing in there about intent. Going back to philosophy class, all murders are homicides, all homicides are not murders.

Michael Jackson died due to the doctors administration of the drugs in his system. Since the doctor administered the drugs it is a homicide, if Michael had somehow administered the drugs himself (ignore the logistics for just a moment) it would probably be ruled accidental. Not all homicides are even crimes. People accidentally kill people, people kill people for good reason (i.e. a cop killing a subject who is shooting at him) the ruling of homicide is really just a jumping off point. All this means is that it is now definite that the propofol (diprivan) that the doctor administered did in fact kill Michael.

Amy Again - More Blake Drama

According to many online news sources Amy Winehouse has been communicating with her ex-husband via her cat! Amy apparently set up a Facebook account in the name of her cat Shirley to leave disgustingly mushy, lovey drivel to Blake who, of course, reciprocates. I'm doing my best to find this page and check it out. Blake Incarcarated seems intent on being back in Amy's life, as Amy does his. I hope they don't beat each other up again.

Amy Winehouse's mother is reportedly upset because of talk of a reconciliation between Amy and her soon to be ex-husband, Blake. No more Blake Fielder-Civil, Amy, no more!!! You've finally gotten yourself on a path where you are headed somewhere other than imminent death. Stay around, your family loves you and your talent is amazing.

Another article from August 16 adds fuel to the fire where Blake claims that Amy is wearing her engagement ring once again and that he loves her and she him. This is headed nowhere good. If he wants the best for her he should stay far, far away.

Eddie Cibrian and LeAnn Rimes

So, Eddie Cibrian and LeAnn Rimes nonchalantly show up at a golf course together. Him looking like his hot self, her looking like she has some rodent in her genetic pool. Will someone please tell me how someone could chose her over the beautiful Brandi Glanville? In any case, it's done. Two marriages ruined, two boys whose parents have split up. LeAnn traded up, she left someone who is allegedly gay and not nearly as hot as Eddie Cibrian. Eddie, on the other hand, is amazing. I must confess that I watched Sunset Beach and Third Watch just to see him, so I might be a little biased.

Lindsay Lohan has been a trainwreck for years. It's showing on her face now. Sadly, casting directors are noticing this too. Lindsay has reportedly been deemed "too worn out" to play a sexually promiscuous teenager. What does this leave for her? Maybe she can play a burned out old boomer or something. I liked Lindsay more when she used her talent and dated men!
