TMZ Reporting that Tiger's Wife Caused His Injuries - Not the Car Accident

TMZ is now reporting that Tiger's wife Elin Nordegren scratched the golfer's face up after confronting him about reports that he was having an affair with Rachel Uchitel.  Tiger Woods then tried to escape his angry wife who allegedly chased after him with a golf club, beating on his car and breaking his window.  At this point a distracted Tiger hit the fire hydrant and then the tree. Rachel Uchitel denies the affair.

Tiger Woods may have been taking prescription painkillers at the time of the crash.  The couple have two small children together.  Elin apparently pulled her husband out of the vehicle and placed him in the road where she was standing over him when police arrived.  He was reportedly unconscious for up to six minutes.  Radar Online has photos of the accident scene with the vehicle wrapped around the tree. 

David Hasselhoff Found Unconscious in his Residence - Rushed to Hospital

David Hasselhoff, 57, was taken to the hospital after he was found unconscious and his daughter, Haley, called 911.  He was apparantly drooling with his eyes rolled back in his head when found.  He was transported to the hospital just prior to noon on Friday.  

Haley last called 911 for her father in September when he was hospitalized for drinking.  David Hasselhoff reportedly takes anti-seizure medication and it is possible that he suffered a seizure in this incidence.  It is also possible that the hospitalization is alcohol related, as he has been hospitalized for alcohol poisoning several times in the past and has reportedly been involved in additional alcohol related incidents in both October and November of this year.

Tiger Woods Accident Update

Tiger Woods and his wife were reportedly arguing before he left the family home around 2:30 am.  When his wife Elin heard the accident she went outside and broke the back window out of Tiger's SUV with a golf club in order to get him out of the vehicle.  When officer's arrived Tiger Woods was lying in the road going in and out of consciousness with his wife hovering over him.  He had facial lacerations and blood in his mouth. 

He was taken from the scene to the hospital where he was admitted in serious condition.  He has since been released.  Florida Highway Patrol officers have stated that they attempted to speak with Tiger today but were turned away by his wife, who said he was sleeping.  A neighbor said that he has seen Tiger and he looks fine, with minor cuts on his face.

Tiger Woods Seriously Injured in Single Car Accident at 2:25 am

Pro Golfer, Tiger Woods, 33, was seriously injured in the early morning hours today when he hit a fire hydrant and a tree on his neighbors property as he was leaving his home in his Cadillac Escalade. Police have said that alcohol was not involved in the single car crash, but charges are pending.  Florida Highway Patrol has stated that the airbags did not deploy in the crash.  Tiger was transported to Health Central Hospital in Ococee in serious condition according to FHP.  This afternoon, the hospital says he is not there but refused to disclose whether he was treated and released.  Tiger and his wife, Elin Nordegren have two children, a girl and a boy.

Polanski Out on Bail in Switzerland

Roman Polanski has gotten out on bail.  He has put up $4.5 million to get on house arrest in Switzerland.   This is a man with unlimited resources who has a history of flight risk.  Good job, Switzerland.  Polanski has been negotiating with Switzerland ever since he was arrested, apparently he doesn't like jail.  Little girls don't like being raped, either.  I'm convinced he will never see justice.

Adam Lambert Humps Someone's Face, Kisses a Man on TV: People Get Upset

Adam Lambert gave a performance at the American Movie Awards that was extremely reminiscent of David Bowie's over-the-top performances.   He was pretending to hump a male dancers face one minute, then moving on to lead leather clad men around on leashes with a whip.  Near the end of the song he grabbed his male keyboardist and kissed him fully on the mouth.  He also flipped off the audience.

People are upset, ABC has reportedly logged about 1,500 complaints.  However, he was the last act of the night, airing around 11 pm in most places.  The FCC general rules cover only between 6am and 10pm but leave open the possibility of fines after this time period for obscene material.  ABC has said that the offending material was not included in Lambert's rehearsals. 

Some people, including Adam Lambert, are saying that the uproar is a double standard because women have done the kiss before, at award shows.  There may be a double standard but I would also like to point out a distinction.  The other award show with the Madonna/Britney Spears kiss was the MTV Video Music Awards, MTV is a cable channel, ABC is a broadcast channel and as such, is generally held to higher standards by the FCC. 

Amy Winehouse is Getting Married Again to her Ex

Amy Winehouse and Blake Fielder-Civil are reportedly set to marry again in three months time.  The train wreck couple divorced in July after Blake alleged that Amy was unfaithful while he was incarcerated.  The marriage was a myriad of drugs and violence.  Their divorce has been thought of as a good thing for both of them.  Amy is back to wearing her old engagement ring.  The reason the two are waiting three months is because Blake has been confined to a rehabilitation center and is not allowed back to London until February.

James Caan Files for Divorce

James Caan, 69, has filed for divorce from his wife Linda. . The couple has been married for 14 years.  The couple has two sons, ages 14 and 11.  Caan is asking for joint custody of the boys.  Caan cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the divorce.  He is most famous for his role on "The Godfather."

Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt are Not Good for Each Other

 

Paris Hilton, 28, and Doug Reinhardt, 24, are fighting again.  The police were called this time by the neighbors, they must have been really loud.  This is not the first fight that the couple has been caught having.   Eyewitnesses said that the couple were shoving each other in the driveway after Paris begged Doug not to leave.  Doug is a minor league baseball player and has appeared on the reality show, The Hills.  Reinhardt and Hilton have been dating on and off since February 2009.

NicoleRichie Hospitalized with Pneumonia

Nicole Richie, 28, has been admitted to the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles after being diagnosed with pneumonia.  Nicole's rep says she's doing well.  Nicole is in a relationship with Joel Madden.  They have two kids together, daughter Harlow, 22 months, and son Sparrow, 2 months.

Avril Lavigne Reportedly Dating Wilmer Valderrama

 Singer, Avril Lavigne, 25, is reportedly dating actor Wilmer Valderrama 29, best known for his role as Fez on That 70's Show.  First they were spotted at Nobu and then, on another night at the LA Club Wonderland, where Avril was hands on with Wilmer, touching his knee and whispering to him  Avril filed for divorce from her husband, Deryck Whibley on October 9th.  Valderrama has dated Mandy Moore, Lindsay Lohan, and Hillary Duff.

Amy Winehouse Hospitalized Again for Drugs

Amy Winehouse has reportedly had yet another adverse reaction to medications.  The 26 year-old singer ended up in the hospital Sunday after a source claims she mixed an over the counter cold medicine with prescription medications that she is taking as part of her recovery.  A doctor was dispatched to her home and the doctor told her to go to the hospital.

Nicolas Cage Loses Two Houses to Foreclosure

Nicolas Cage lost two homes in New Orleans' French Quarter to foreclosure.  They were sold for a combined amount of $4.5 million, which is 2/3 of the appraised value.   Nicolas Cage owes about $6 million in taxes and has several other properties up for sale in an attempt to pay that bill.  He has also sued his business manager for not paying the taxes when due and bad investments.  Cage, 45, also has homes in California and Nevada which are facing foreclosure.

Brandi Ganville Wants $40,000 a Month from Eddie Cibrian, Wants LeAnn Rimes to Stay Away from Their Kids

Brandi Glanville and Eddie Cibrian are divorcing.  They are both hot.  LeAnn Rimes is decidedly not, but Eddie left Brandi and their two sons, ages 6 and 2, for her.  Brandi has been a stay at home mom for years, allegedly at Eddie's request.  Now she needs money  to maintain the lifestyle they had together. 

Interesting points in her Friday court filing include that Eddie makes at least $60,000 a week (gross) on his new show, CSI: Miami.  Apparently the mortgage alone is $11,942.  She spends $3,000 a month on clothing, $4,000 on entertainment, $4,000 on eating out, and an anticipated $2000 car payment.  Brandi also states in the filing that the children have been with her 90% of the time since the separation and that she doesn't want Eddie to come to her house unless he is invited.  She also says that Eddie Cibrian will not tell her his exact address.  In addition she wants $50,000 in attorney fees.

Brandi told E! Entertainment last week that she doesn't want LeAnn Rimes to meet her kids.  She feels it's way too soon and that the children are already confused. 

Estate of DJ AM Suing Multiple Defendants for Wrongful Death

Adam Goldstein, aka DJ AM, died August 28, 2009 in Manhattan at the age of 36.  His death was due to an accidental overdose of  a mix of prescription drugs and cocaine.  The year before DJ AM died he was involved in a plane crash.  On September 19, 2008 Travis Barker, of Blink 182 fame, and DJ AM were on a Learjet along with two crew members and two other passengers: Chris Baker and Charles Still. 

In December of 2008 Adam Goldstein filed a civil lawsuit against Clay Lacy Aviation, Learjet, and Goodyear Tires alleging negligence, a defect on the plane, and breach of contract.  Goldstein was asking for damages for pain and suffering, mental anguish, disfigurement and loss of earnings.  Friday an amended complaint was filed on behalf of the estate adding wrongful death to the lawsuit.

MikeTyson Arrested at LAX

Mike Tyson has been arrested at LAX after an altercation with paparazzi, according to Los Angeles Police.  There is reportedly blood all over the scene, outside of the United Terminal.  The 43 year old retired boxer has a long history of physical altercations outside the ring.

Shaq's Wife Files for Divorce

Shaquille O'Neal's wife has filed for divorce.  This  is not the first sign of discontent between the couple.  Shaq himself filed for divorce in 2007, but they decided to reconcile that time.  Shaq, 37, has been married to his wife Shaunie since 2002.  They have four children together and each has a child from a previous relationship.  Shaq currently plays for the Cleveland Cavaliers.  The couple resides in Florida, but Shaunie has filed for divorce in Los Angeles.

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar has Cancer

One of basketballs greats has been diagnosed with blood cancer.  Kareem,  62,  says doctors caught his chronic myeloid leukemia early, when they discovered it last December.  He was told that his cancer didn't have to be a death sentence if he followed the proper regime, which he says he is.  He has declined to state his prognosis.  He is now on an educational campaign to encourage people to take their cancer medication and get treatment.

Michael Lohan Confirms that Lindsay was Dating Heath Ledger at the Time of his Death

Michael Lohan just tweeted that Lindsay Lohan was dating Heath Ledger at the time of his death.  He then tweeted that "it all went downhill from there."  Michael Lohan has been very vocal lately about his fears for Lindsay, claiming she has a prescription drug addiction.  He has released audio recordings of Lindsay and her mom, Dina to prove to the public that she is in trouble.  Media reports have claimed that he demanded as much as $100,000 for those tapes.  Michael Lohan claims that he was given no money at all.  Lindsay says that the recordings are old and has recently called her father a lunatic regarding his public statements.  

Tiffani Thiessen is Having a Baby

Kelly Kapowski is having a baby!  Okay, no she isn't, but the actress who played her is.  Tiffani Thiessen, formerly known as Tiffani-Amber Thiessen during her Saved by the Bell and Beverly Hills 90210 years, is having a baby with her husband of four years actor and artist, Brady Smith.  Tiffani is 35 years old, this is her first child.

Madonna Flies to Brazil to Meet Jesus Luz's Mom and Dad

Despite telling the world that she'd rather be hit be a train than marry again Madonna has flown to Brazil to meet Jesus Luz's parents, fueling rumors of an imminent engagement.  That's a pretty serious step to take for a boytoy.  Madonna, 51, has reason to feel ill at ease on this visit, 23 year old Jesus Luz's mother is only 36.  That puts his mother at 15 years younger than Madonna.   

Steven Tyler Quit Aerosmith

Guitarist Joe Perry, 59,  has confirmed that lead singer Steven Tyler, 61, has quit Aerosmith.   A rift has been evident for the amazingly successful band for quite some time.  Aerosmith was formed in 1969, some 40 years ago. 

Kevin Federline to Be a Daddy Again

Kevin Federline, 31, has reportedly gotten his girlfriend pregnant and he's not happy about it.  This will be baby number 5 for Kevin, who has two children with Shar Jackson and two children with Britney Spears.  Kevin's girlfriend is Victoria Prince, 26, who is way hotter than him, she's a beach volleyball player.  Britney is said to be quite upset about the news.

Joe Jackson Wants an Allowance from Michael's Estate

Joe Jackson, 81, wants more money from Michael.  This is despite the fact that his wife Katherine, who he swears up and down he is not separated from,gets a $26,000 monthly stipend, plus a $60,000 monthly stipend for the children.  Joe has now petitioned the court for an allowance of his own.  The difference between him and Katherine?  She was named in the will, he wasn't.

David Hasselhoff, 57, seems to be off the wagon way more than he's on it.   A allegedly drunk Hasselhoff had to be escorted out of the Cascade Casino in British Columbia, Canada last weekend after an altercation with an elderly customer.  Later on that day he was reportedly drinking again.  Why drink in public Hoff, you like the attention?

Golden Girl Rue McClanahan Has Bypass Surgery

Actress Rue McClanahan, 75, best known for her portrayal of Blanche Devereaux on The Golden Girls, underwent heart bypass surgery Wednesday.  She is now recovering at an undisclosed New York City Hospital.  Rue referred to the surgery as "maintenance on the old ticker." McClanahan's rep says that the star is doing great.  Rue is expected to make a full recovery.

Rihanna Says Eff Love

Rihanna, 21, went on Good Morning America this morning to finally speak about her attack by Chris Brown.  She said that she is ashamed she went back to Chris Brown after he beat her and that she was devastated by the thought that someone might emulate her actions and do the same and get killed.  In a particularly impassioned part of the interview, Rihanna says not to go back for love, eff love.  You can see her frustration and sadness as she deals with being a victim of domestic violence as well as a role model for young women, all at the age of 21.    Good Morning America will air Rihanna speaking about what happened during the actual attack tomorrow.  Chris Brown, kiss your career goodbye, I'm on Team Rihanna.

Did Josh Duhamel Cheat on Fergie with a Stripper?

Actor Josh Duhamel allegedly cheated on his Singer wife Fergie while in Georgia filming Life as We Know It.  According to the stripper, Nicole Forrester he met her at Tattletales Lounge where he paid for a nude dance.  Two days later he contacted her and asked her to come to his hotel, where they slept together multiple times.  She says she has text messages to prove it, and that she has taken a lie detector test as well.  Forrester has sold her story to the National Enquirer.

In an interesting twist, Forrester's attorney tells US Weekly that Josh is the one who caused the story to come to light.  Attorney Romin Alavi said that “Josh bragged about what happened on the set of his movie, and someone called The Enquirer with the tip. The Enquirer then came to Nicole.”  When the story came on San Francisco's 94.9 someone called in to detail more of Josh's alleged indiscretions, this time when he was filiming Transformers 2.

Whitney and Bobby's Drug Den Up for Sale

The New Jersey home that Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown lived and were married in is up for sale for $2.5 million.  That's less than half of the appraised value of $5.6 million.  Whitney holed away in the mansion for months at a time in her pajamas doing every sort of substance but crack, because of course "crack is whack."  She's far too rich for crack, didn't you hear? Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown divorced in 1997.

Jon Gosselin and Hailey Glassman Break Up in Twitterland

Jon Gosselin, 32, made the news again last week when Hailey Glassman, Jon's 22-year-old girlfriend, said he was emotionally abusive and took out his frustrations by being mean to her.  Then he chasticized the paparazzi for following him a few days ago.  Now he is twittering away, for all the world to see.
This morning he tweeted:
Going home to see my kids,-excited, but i'll miss Hailey =-(. She has made me realize I need to be an honest person/father for my kids.
Then she tweeted: 
Yes I am semi-single, but definitely NOT YET ready to mingle. I need some Hailey time and regroup myself and my life.
Then he tweeted:
Came home to my kinds,got big HUGS! Made Dinner, and cleaning up so we can then all watch a movie.Read Hailey's tweet, Still miss her though

Gross.  But there you go, they seem to be done, until they aren't anymore.

Lindsay Lohan was Making out with Gerard Butler in Morocco

Lindsay Lohan, 23, was in Morocco this weekend celebrating the opening of the Sol Kerzner Mazagan Beach Resort with a host of other celebrities including Gerard Butler, Naomi Campbell, Guy Ritchie, Naomi Watts, Lieb Schreiber, and Lisa Snowdon.  Lindsay seemed to take a liking to Gerard Butler, 39, dirty dancing and making out with him all night.  They then left together in a golf cart.  Looks like Lindsay is back to men.

Lindsay told The Mirror "He’s hot, he’s mine! I’ve got no ring on my finger so I’m gonna have lots of fun. This is the most romantic place in the world after all." She also said her breakup makes her want to have a heart attack when she thinks about it and she wants to find someone who loves her back.

Mel Gibson's Girlfriend has Given Birth Prematurely

Mel Gibson's girlfriend has given birth to his 8th child.  The baby girl arrived Friday, she is Mel's 2nd daughter.  Oksana Grigorieva was due in December, but the baby is said to be doing fine.  Mel's wife, Robyn, filed for divorce back in April. 

Elton John Must Be Really Sick

British music superstar, Elton John, 62, has been canceling and postponing concerts left and right lately.  He has been ill, with a bout with a serious e-coli bacterial infection and the flu.   The latest shows to be postponed are November 4, 7, and 10 shows with Billy Joel in the US.  Elton John has reportedly been hospitalized, his partner David Furnish told the Mail that "he's okay--he's fine."  Hopefully Elton is on the mend soon.

Lindsay Lohan Scared by Man with Fake Gun in Morocco

Lindsay Lohan recently arrived in Morocco.  According to her twitter page, Lindsay Lohan was terrified and crying when a man pulled up next to her in his car as she walked along the street with a security guard, he pointed a gun at her and pulled the trigger.  She screamed and ducked, while talking to mom Dina on the phone and then cried hysterically while the man laughed.  Real nice.

Angelina and Brad Adopt Child Number 7

Angelina Jolie, 34, and Brad Pitt, 45, have reportedly adopted a 7th child.  The child is from Syria, no further information is known at this time.  Congrats!
