Lilo smashed her (rented) Porshe into the back of a garbage truck, totaling it.  Is anyone surprised?  Yeah, me neither.  The lovely Ms. Lindsay Lohan and her assistant were slightly injured after Lindsay rear ended the huge truck.  She's seriously lucky to be alive, little cars and giant trucks don't match up well.  Showing a work ethic that few knew existed, the actress spent two hours at the hospital and then went to work on the new Liz Taylor movie.  

The Many Faces of LiLo

Lindsay Lohan was arrested again yesterday, for violating her probation.  This is her fifth arrest.  She's already bonded out, but the judge said that she has to do morgue duty for her community service now.  She will be cleaning autopsy tables after autopsy's are performed and cleaning toilets, among other duties.  It couldn't happen to a nicer girl.

Avril Lavigne Reportedly Dating Wilmer Valderrama

 Singer, Avril Lavigne, 25, is reportedly dating actor Wilmer Valderrama 29, best known for his role as Fez on That 70's Show.  First they were spotted at Nobu and then, on another night at the LA Club Wonderland, where Avril was hands on with Wilmer, touching his knee and whispering to him  Avril filed for divorce from her husband, Deryck Whibley on October 9th.  Valderrama has dated Mandy Moore, Lindsay Lohan, and Hillary Duff.

Michael Lohan Confirms that Lindsay was Dating Heath Ledger at the Time of his Death

Michael Lohan just tweeted that Lindsay Lohan was dating Heath Ledger at the time of his death.  He then tweeted that "it all went downhill from there."  Michael Lohan has been very vocal lately about his fears for Lindsay, claiming she has a prescription drug addiction.  He has released audio recordings of Lindsay and her mom, Dina to prove to the public that she is in trouble.  Media reports have claimed that he demanded as much as $100,000 for those tapes.  Michael Lohan claims that he was given no money at all.  Lindsay says that the recordings are old and has recently called her father a lunatic regarding his public statements.  

Lindsay Lohan was Making out with Gerard Butler in Morocco

Lindsay Lohan, 23, was in Morocco this weekend celebrating the opening of the Sol Kerzner Mazagan Beach Resort with a host of other celebrities including Gerard Butler, Naomi Campbell, Guy Ritchie, Naomi Watts, Lieb Schreiber, and Lisa Snowdon.  Lindsay seemed to take a liking to Gerard Butler, 39, dirty dancing and making out with him all night.  They then left together in a golf cart.  Looks like Lindsay is back to men.

Lindsay told The Mirror "He’s hot, he’s mine! I’ve got no ring on my finger so I’m gonna have lots of fun. This is the most romantic place in the world after all." She also said her breakup makes her want to have a heart attack when she thinks about it and she wants to find someone who loves her back.

Lindsay Lohan Scared by Man with Fake Gun in Morocco

Lindsay Lohan recently arrived in Morocco.  According to her twitter page, Lindsay Lohan was terrified and crying when a man pulled up next to her in his car as she walked along the street with a security guard, he pointed a gun at her and pulled the trigger.  She screamed and ducked, while talking to mom Dina on the phone and then cried hysterically while the man laughed.  Real nice.

Michael Lohan's Save Lindsay Media Tour Continues, Now He has Voicemails from Lindsay's Mom

Michael Lohan has been on a one man media blitz lately, telling everyone who will listen that his daughter, Lindsay, is addicted to prescription drugs, even claiming that he will kidnap her to make sure she gets help.  Michael has been on Access Hollywood, The Insider, and The Maury Povich Show in an attempt to get help for Lindsay.  She has been looking pretty haggard lately. 

While Michael Lohan has been telling anyone and everyone about Lindsay's alleged addiction, Lindsay's mom, Dina, has been publicly saying Lindsay is fine.  Lindsay herself says she's scared of her father and getting a restraining order.  To prove a difference in Dina's statements regarding Lindsay in public and in private, Michael is going on Entertainment Tonight and playing Dina's voicemails, which reportedly contain recordings where Dina calls Michael frantically, claiming that Lindsay is going to die and she doesn't have much time left.

Michael Lohan to Seek Conservatorship for Lindsay, Failing That He'll Kidnap Her

Michael Lohan has reportedly said that he is going to attempt to seek a conservatorship over his daughter, Lindsay Lohan due to his belief that she is addicted to prescription drugs.  In his own words to photo agency X17: "I’m going to see the judge this week…If I can’t get a conservatorship, then I’m going to take her to an undisclosed location and get her straight. But I know I’m gonna get charged with kidnapping."

Michael Lohan has been very active on Twitter lately with his attempts to "save Lindsay."  This has included posting pictures of Lindsay in a very unflattering light to prove his point and engaging in twitter wars with Perez Hilton over Michael's public handling of this matter, as well as encouraging people to post the hashtag #savelindsay.  Lindsay Lohan  is persuing a restraining order.  Michael does not have the support of his ex-wife Dina in this matter.  Michael Lohan has recently deleted all of his former twitter messages, replacing them with a single statement: "I don't have a twitter - ml" 

Lindsay Lohan Wants her Dad to Go Away

Lindsay Lohan's father has been telling anyone that will listen that Lilo has a problem with prescription drugs and he wants to stage an intervention.  Now Lindsay is saying that she is in the process of getting a restraining order against her dad to keep him from showing up uninvited and unannounced at her Los Angeles home.  Michael recently said that Lindsay is vacant inside, she doesn't sound vacant, she sounds mad.

Is Lindsay Misbehaving Again?

Lindsay Lohan has been ordered to come to court tomorrow regarding an alcohol education program she was ordered to participate in after her 2007 DUI.  Lindsay Lohan also received 36 months of probation in that case.  If it is found that she has violated her probation she could go to jail.

Officials running the alcohol education program expressed concerns about Lohan's complience to the court following media reports suggesting that she violated the terms of the program. 

Jon Gosselin has to Pay Some of the Money Back : $180,000

Jon Gosselin has been ordered to pay $180,000 of they money that he took from a joint account with Kate.  The withdral of $230,000 was prohibited by a prior arbitration order.  The money must be returned by October 21st, or Jon will be held in contempt of court.  I wonder if he even has $180,000 left.  Jon is now claiming that Kate has taken over $1million.  Kate is also required to account for her expenses on October 26th. 

Today Jon Gosselin tweeted "Today was a long day. Today the court divided my family, today I watched a mother and father lose their son. Today I watched my best friend's daughter lose her father. Today I lost a great friend!!! RIP JF. Let's remember to live everyday like it was our last."  Our condolences to Jon for losing a friend today. 

Last weekend Jon had a friend over to play.  He introduced Michael Lohan to his kids.  Then they had talks about the reality show they have been planning, The Divorced Dad's Club.  While Michael Lohan was there he tried to get Jon to join the Celebrity Boxing Federation, Jon said no, and rode Jon's dirtbike around the property.   I heard a rumor the other day that Lindsay is again not returning Michaels calls and he's calling media and gossip columnists to try to get them to talk to her for him. 

Lindsay Lohan Addicted to Prescription Drugs? Her Dad Says Yes!

Michael Lohan has reportedly said that Lindsay is addicted to prescription drugs and he is concerned for her life.  He went on to say she can't act right now because she is vacant inside.  Didn't Michael Lohan just get back into Lindsay's life after being estranged for talking to the media about things instead of his daughter?  Some people never learn.

LiLo to do Big Brother?

There are rumors swirling that Lindsay Lohan is in talks to do celebrity Big Brother.  She is apparantly talking with Endemol while she is in Singapore this week.  Since the US doesn't do a celebrity version, or at least hasn't to this point, they are presumably talking about the British version of the show, which in the past has featured several American celebs, including Verne Troyer, Dennis Rodman, La Toya Jackson, Jermaine Jackson, Coolio, and Traci Bingham.  I think Linds is still a bit too famous for this, but that's just me.

Despite New York Hotel Blowup it Looks Like Lindsay and Sam are Very Much On- Takes Samantha with her to Singapore

Lindsay Lohan has denied reports that she was escorted out of the Bowery Hotel in NYC after a fight with on again off again girlfriend Samantha Ronson got heated.  It came out today that Lindsay is filling in to host a three day concert for the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix. The Concert is known as F1 Rocks and has a fabulous lineup including Beyonce and No Doubt.

Yesterday Samantha Ronson twittered "I love trying out the local food in new countries!" and posted a pic of a very asian looking McDonalds.  Within a minute or so Lindsay tweeted on her account."Club McDonalds in Singapore.  Don't hate.  Appreciate!"  I'm pretty sure they are together...for now. Here's a pic Lindsay posted from Singapore, she looks more like her mother every day!  Further confirmation, Samantha just tweeted that she just went to the Night Safari in Singapore.

Lindsay has Been Banned from the Bowery after Nasty Lesbian Fight with Samantha Ronson

Lindsay and her on again, off again girlfriend Samantha Ronson were engaged in yet another fight, this time at the Bowery Hotel in New York City.  When Lindsay decided to hurl her room service tray against Samantha's door things went bad.  It turns out that the door belonged to another guest.  This caused Lindsay's ejection from the beautiful establishment.

Police Think they Know who Burglarized Lindsay and Audrina's Houses

Police have reportedly arrested a suspect in the burglaries of Lindsay Lohan, 23, and Audrina Partridge's, 24, homes.  The suspect's name is Nicholas Prugo, 18.  His bail is set at $20,000.  Lindsay is famous for Mean Girls and other films.  Audrina is a reality star on the show, The Hills.

Is Lindsay Lohan a Cutter?

Some pics have recently emerged of Lindsay Lohan with suspicious marks on her arm, indicative of cutting. She is also, strangely enough, wearing full makeup in the pool. She does look pretty amazing though, the best I've seen her look in a long time, notwithstanding the apparent cuts on her arms. See the pics and the full article after the jump.

Is Lindsay Following Marilyn Straight to Playboy?

According to the Sun, La Lohan is seriously considering an offer to pose nude in Playboy. It wouldn't be much of a stretch after the set of topless photos she previously took, emulating Marilyn Monroe, and the sex tape that is rumored to be floating around out there, stolen in her recent robbery. It's also not inconceivable that she needs the money.

The Reality of Lindsay Lohan

The air is abuzz with rumors that Lindsay Lohan is doing a reality show. Apparently it's supposed to cover her comeback. Reality shows are not a place to gain respect, they are a place to put yourself so other people can laugh at you. Britney Spears Chaotic was a joke, she came off as more stupid than anyone could have ever imagined, and then divorced and went insane. The Anna Nicole Show was an amazingly sad train wreck that was hard to look away from. The Whitney and Bobby show, "Being Bobby Brown" showed a very undignified look at Whitney Houston. Jon & Kate Plus 8 likely caused Jon and Kate to crash and burn and Jessica Simpson was ridiculed following her newlyweds show with Nick Lachey. The show might have contributed to their divorce as well.

The point is that reality shows don't seem to be very healthy for people. Lindsay has had major struggles with drugs in the past and the cameras have caught her sobbing openly about her relationship. Lindsay is a fragile type person as it is. She doesn't seem to have a super firm grip on sobriety or her emotions, so this kind of show could have devestating results. Just something to think about.
