Mr. Beiber takes a Paternity Test

Justin Beiber has finally submitted to a paternity test. This is occurring after Mariah Yeater dropped her paternity suit against the singer in the wake of rabid fans threatening her. She didn't drop her allegations. Why take a paternity test after the suit is dropped? All I'm saying is, where there's smoke, there's fire and the smoke is burning my eyes right now.

This is reminiscent of the Kobe Bryant rape case. Fans were threatening the victim after her identity was found out by the press. The criminal case was dropped after the victim went into hiding and refused to testify. The civil case settled out of court, I guess money can buy everything.

I have the feeling that Justin Beiber may be settling this one out of court. We shall see.

Goodbye creepy old lady, hot younger man couple. You were destined to crash and burn and you did. The only thing that surprises me is that 49-year-old Demi Moore is the one filing for divorce. Maybe she outgrew her misbehaving boytoy. Mr. Kutcher, 33, clearly got bored of her, judging by his alleged behavior as of late with Sara Leal. By the way, dear Ashton, Miss Leal says that you used no protection, not smart.

The soon to be three time divorcee released this quote to the associated press, "As a woman, a mother and a wife, there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life." Here's a pic of the hot one for your viewing pleasure.

Miss Lindsay Lohan has officially violated her probation by doing nearly nothing the judge ordered her to do under the terms of her probation. That means she has to spend 30 days in jail, starting November 9th. The bad news is that California jails are so crowded that she'll probably be booked and released. No punishment for little Lilo, again. Well, on the positive side she has to take a new mug shot that we can make fun of. Here's an old one for now.

Ashton and Demi, Why is Everyone Acting Surprised?

Ashton Kutcher, a young hottie who had starred in movies, had a hit tv show and produced and starred in his own MTV show, Punked. This was a somewhat immature show where celebrities were tricked into thinking something terrible was happening and then Ashton ran out from somewhere and laughed at them. It was funny, kinda.

So, in 2005, at the age of 27, Ashton decided to marry Demi Moore, who was a movie star. She was 42, she looked good for her age. This is Ashton's first and Demi's third marriage. Demi's eldest daughter, Rumer, is 10 years younger than Kutcher. Now Demi is 48 and probably peri-menopausal to Ashton's 33, his prime. He's the star of Two and a Half Men which films in Los Angeles.

Kutcher recently reportedly had a hot tub romp with two women, followed by sex with one of them on his sixth anniversary with Demi. Oops. Today, reports popped up that Demi is allegedly having an affair with Ashton's friend with Ben Hollingsworth, he's 27. The reportedly had sex in the back of a car. Lovely.

The age gap is huge. They looked creepy together, like an incestuous mother and son. The reported marriage strain should not come as a surprise. They are in different stages in life.

Does Justin Bieber have a Baby, Baby, Baby, and Will Selena Gomez Stick Around Long Enough to Find Out?

A tale as old as time....statutory rape and sex in a bathroom. Okay, so it's no fairytale. A twenty year old woman has claimed that Justin is her infant son's baby daddy. She has filed for child support in a San Diego court. The sex with the famous little singer was described as 30 seconds long and on a shelf in a restroom. How magical. The baby-faced Justin Bieber was 16 at the time and the claimant, Mariah Yeater, was 19. If convicted this would be a misdemeanor statutory rape charge due to their three year age difference.

Mariah could face up to a year in jail. Judging by all the celebrities that check in and out of California jails, I'm guessing three weeks max. According to several reports Bieber is the second person to be singled out as being the baby's daddy. Mariah claims that she was picked out of her front row seats during an October 2010 concert, by security, and brought back to meet Justin. On July 6th of this year little Tristyn Anthony Markhouse Yeater was born.

Okay, just a little analysis here. To take or not to take the DNA test (assuming he is not court ordered to do so). It's more complicated than it sounds. If he's sure, it will solve it once and for all, but will he be taking DNA tests far too often for other women claiming that he fathered their child, even if they can't prove that they ever met him? If he is the father it will quickly turn into a settlement/custody game, hopefully outside the public eye.

Mariah is poor, really poor. She gets a meager amount of public assistance. She does have a money motive for her claims for child support. Her life would change dramatically for the better. The catch, he doesn't pay anything unless the child is proven to be his. If she knows it's not, never slept with him, like he claims, then why go through all of this? Maybe Star Magazine pays big? I honestly do not know. It's a weird thing to pluck out of thin air. I think there must be some fire under all this smoke. Even lies usually have elements of truth to them. She says that she tried to get a hot of Bieber through his reps for quite some time before she filed the paternity suit. Rumors are flying that Selena Gomez, Justin's latest girl, broken it off with him. She denies the rumors, for now. Bieber fans are literally threatening to murder Mariah, in writing, on Facebook. Stay tuned.

Amy Winehouse's Official Cause of Death Announced

When Amy Winehouse died most people, including me, suspected a drug overdose. Amy has had a very public addiction to drugs and alcohol including multiple stints in rehab. The last one was about a month before her July 23rd death, she only stayed a week. Videos from her most recent concerts in Dubai and Belgrade showed an incoherent Amy being booed by her own fans.

Shortly after Amy's death her family announced that the autopsy showed no illegal drugs in Amy's system. The family hypothesized that a seizure killed Amy, it didn't. The Coroner has announced that 27 year old Amy died from alcohol poisoning, her blood alcohol level was .416. She drank herself to death with vodka, several empty bottles were found at the scene. The coroner has cutely categorized the Amy's passing as "death by misadventure."

John Mayer Annouces Throat Surgery, Travel

John Mayer took to his blog to announce to the world that he has undergone throat surgery to remove a granule. He is on complete vocal rest for at least a month. I hope this doesn't affect his wonderful voice.

John Mayer also said that he's going to use the time to travel the country, to look and listen. Keep your eyes open, you never know when or where you will get a muted Mayer sighting.

The Many Faces of LiLo

Lindsay Lohan was arrested again yesterday, for violating her probation. This is her fifth arrest. She's already bonded out, but the judge said that she has to do morgue duty for her community service now. She will be cleaning autopsy tables after autopsy's are performed and cleaning toilets, among other duties. It couldn't happen to a nicer girl.

Casey Anthony's parents, George and Cindy are going on Dr. Phil today to claim that acquitted murderer Casey suffered from uncontrolled seizures. If this is true, why did she still have a drivers license? Why did they allow her to drive Caylee around? Why didn't they have the contact information for the 'nanny' in case monkey-faced seizure girl ended up in the hospital mid-day or something. Idiocy. If they are holding this out to be true then they should be charged with child endangerment.

Andy Whitfield died of cancer on Sunday, September 11, 2011. He was such a beautiful specimen. He, of course, played the lead in the Starz series, Spartacus: Blood and Sand. He leaves behind a wife, Vashti, and two children. He was only 39.

Hmmm, LA Ink has been all Kat and Jesse all the time. Then, a *shocking* split. Now, the show is cancelled, Kat appears to be saving face by claiming she quit. Hours after the official announcement about the show Jesse James posts this twitpic. They are engaged again, how magical. How opportune. Anyway, whether they ever actually broke up or not this mess of tattooed limbs are getting married. I'll keep you updated on where they are registered so that we can shower them with gifts.

Sadly, this season of Desperate Housewives will be the last. I love that show and I will miss Lynette, Tom, Carlos, Gabrielle, Susan, Mike, Bree...well, really everyone except Orson and Renee. Those two, I won't miss. Whatever will I do with my Sunday nights? ABC has confirmed this, so that's it.

Now, I suppose, we will get to see the stars flop in movies and regret the fact that the show has ended while their houses are being foreclosed on and their cars are repossessed. I hope Marc Cherry writes another gem, and fast.

A Terrible Waste

Amy Winehouse was found dead today in her London apartment, she was 27. Police say that there is no sign of foul play. There is no official cause of death at this time. Ms. Winehouse has a long history of drug and alcohol abuse. Still, it's sad. She was an incredible talent and I feel lucky to have been able to enjoy her music, if just for a short time. I have no idea what the cause of her torment was but it's over now. Rest in Peace, Amy.

Big Brother's Buxom Beauty is Officially off the Market

The lovely Janelle Pierzina married Jess DeSanto yesterday, June 12, 2010 in Minnesota. Janelle entranced America on Big Brother Season 6 and Big Brother All-Stars. Now the 30 year old blond is officially off the market. Janelle was well known for her showmance with Dr. Will Kirby on Big Brother All-Stars. Jess is a lucky, lucky man. Congrats Jess and Janelle!

RIP Rue McClanahan 1934-2010

We will miss you Blanche Devereaux! Rue's passing is a great loss to us all. Now there is only one Golden Girl left, the iconic Betty White. The dictionary definition of rue is to feel sorrow over; repent of; regret bitterly: to rue the loss of opportunities. While this does not describe Rue McClanahan in life at all, it certainly describes her death. I'm off to console myself with a slice of cheesecake and a Golden Girls marathon.

RIP Dennis Hopper

Dennis Hopper died May 29th at the age of 74. He had prostate cancer. Prior to Mr. Hopper's death the actor tried to divorce his wife, Victoria Duffy. The divorce proceedings began in January but the divorce was not final at the time of Hopper's death. This is significant because a prenuptial agreement severely limits Victoria's inheritance if the couple were not married and living together at the time of the actors death. Victoria was living on the property but not in the home with Dennis Hopper. She intends to fight the provision. On May 12, 2010 a hearing was held to attempt to remove Victoria as a beneficiary on Hopper's life insurance policy. That attempt failed and she remained the beneficiary. Dennis Hopper was too ill to come to court that day although he was represented there.

RIP Gary Coleman

42-year-old Gary Coleman died May 28, 2010 after a brain hemmorage. The hemmorhage was reportedly caused by a fall at his home. When it became clear that Mr. Coleman would not survive he was taken off of life support. Coleman has had many health woes over the years, including kidney problems and, most recently, seizures.

In a sad twist, in an already sad story, Gary Coleman's estranged parents reportedly heard about the child sized actor's death through the media. RIP Gary Coleman.

Bret Michaels Released from the Hospital

Bret Michaels has been released from the hospital. Bret Michaels still needs plenty of rest but doctors are expecting him to make a full recovery. He was in critical condition for a week following a brain hemorrhage. That's amazing. There have apparently been some internet rumors that Bret was faking his injury. His sister wants to set the record straight, Bret Michaels was not and is not faking. He suffered from a serious medical condition that could have easily taken his life.

Corey Haim Died of Natural Causes

Bret Michaels Update

Today a radio report featured Bret Michaels sister. She had an update on his condition. She said that he's still critical but stable, not out of the woods yet. However, she said he's talking, and acting like himself. She believes that there will be good news to come in the coming days. She thinks he's going to make it.

Bret Michaels has been in the hospital for several days after having a severe brain hemorrhage. He has been in critical condition all of that time. We wish Bret the best.

Courtney Love has Lost Custody of Frances Bean

Hole singer Courtney Love has lost custody of her daughter with her late husband Kurt Cobain. On December 11, 2009 custody of Frances Bean Cobain, 17, was given to Wendy O'Connor and Kimberly Dawn Cobain, Kurt's mother and sister, respectively. Love's lawyer has indicated that Frances chose to live with her grandmother, rather than being taken from her mother. O'Connor also had custody of Frances in 2003 and 2004. The custody issue will be revisited in February. Frances will be 18 in August. The court ruling does not give Frances' grandmother and aunt control over her trust fund.

Tiger Woods Drama Continues

UPDATE: The woman who was taken to the hospital by ambulance has been identified as Barbro Holmberg, 57, of Sweden. She is Elin Nordegren's mother and Tiger Woods' mother-in-law. Contrary to earlier reports, she has not been released from the hospital, she remains hospitalized in stable condition with security posted at the door of her private hospital room. She was reportedly taken to the hospital due to abdominal pains.

A woman described as a middle-aged blonde was rushed from the home of Tiger Woods by ambulance at 2:36 this morning. A black Escalade driven by a woman who appeared to be Elin Nordegren arrived at the hospital quickly afterwords. Elin's mother and twin sister are rumored to be staying with her. Many news outlets have reported that the woman was on advanced life support, however, Fox News is reporting that she has already been released.

More information has come forward regarding the night of the accident. According to the subpoena request obtained by TMZ Elin Woods claimed that Tiger was drinking the day of the accident and had prescriptions for vicodin and ambien. When officers arrived Tiger was lying in the street snoring after Elin removed him from the vehicle. He has described by officers as being incoherent and drifting in and out of consciousness at the scene. Tiger refused to give a blood sample to police and their request for a subpoena was unsuccessful. TMZ is claiming that Tiger was admitted to the hospital following the accident as an OD. The police only fined Tiger $164 for careless driving and gave him four points against his license after the single car accident in which he hit a fire hydrant and a tree while attempting to leave his property.

The day before the accident the National Enquirer broke a story claiming that Tiger was having an affair. This was believed to be the cause of the alleged argument that caused Tiger to flee in the middle of the night without so much as putting on his shoes. A widely publicized voice mail has been released where Tiger asks his alleged mistress to remove her name from her voicemail because his wife has looked through his phone and may be calling seems to confirm this tension between the couple. Tiger has denied any argument. Since the accident there have been no fewer than 10 women claiming to also have had affairs with Tiger Woods.

Michelle Duggar Airlifted to Hospital

Recent Grandmother Michelle Duggar, 43, who is pregnant with baby number 19 was airlifted to a Little Rock hospital after experiencing problems with her gall bladder. She was airlifted from another Arkansas hospital over the weekend to a hospital with a NICU in case she has to be delivered early. Her pain has been controlled and Michelle is resting comfortably. Doctors hope to delay any surgery until after the baby is delivered, at term. The baby is due March 18, 2010. Regardless of when the baby is born it is certain that it's name will begin with a J, just like its 18 siblings.

Pete Doherty has Issues - Sings Nazi Anthem to Germans

Polanski Can't Attempt to Flee Until Friday

We had previously reported that Roman Polanski, 76, is out of a Swiss jail on 4.5 million bail. That is not yet true. His bail has been approved at 4.5 million. He has not yet been released because he has not yet posted the bail.

He is expected to post the money by Friday. He will then be under house arrest in his mansion in the Swiss Alps. He was convicted in 1977 of having sex with a 13 year old girl in the United States. He fled before sentencing and has been living a lavish life in France, who refused to extradite him. Apparently France likes pedophiles.

Polanski was arrested on a 31 year-old international arrest warrant in Switzerland. The United States requested extradition on October 23, 2009. Polanski is likely to forfeit the 4.5 million bail and attempt to flee again, based on his past history. Most of Hollywood refused to hold him accountable for his past acts.

Those Poor Hasselhoff Girls - Mom Busted for DUI Again while Dad in the Hospital

David Hasselhoff's daughter Hayley, 17, has had to call 911 for her father at least twice this year. The most recent call came November 27, 2009 after David Hasselhoff was found unconscious in his home after suffering a seizure. That incident was allegedly caused by a drinking binge.

On November 28, 2009, while David was still in the hospital, reportedly on a 5150 hold, Hayley's mother, and David's ex-wife was arrested for DUI. She was also arrested for felony DUI in March. The couple, who divorced three years ago, also has another daughter, Taylor, 19.

Pamela has been released from jail and David has been released from the hospital. Hopefully they are spending time with their daughters, not with a bottle.

TMZ Reporting that Tiger's Wife Caused His Injuries - Not the Car Accident

TMZ is now reporting that Tiger's wife Elin Nordegren scratched the golfer's face up after confronting him about reports that he was having an affair with Rachel Uchitel. Tiger Woods then tried to escape his angry wife who allegedly chased after him with a golf club, beating on his car and breaking his window. At this point a distracted Tiger hit the fire hydrant and then the tree. Rachel Uchitel denies the affair.

Tiger Woods may have been taking prescription painkillers at the time of the crash. The couple have two small children together. Elin apparently pulled her husband out of the vehicle and placed him in the road where she was standing over him when police arrived. He was reportedly unconscious for up to six minutes. Radar Online has photos of the accident scene with the vehicle wrapped around the tree.

David Hasselhoff Found Unconscious in his Residence - Rushed to Hospital

David Hasselhoff, 57, was taken to the hospital after he was found unconscious and his daughter, Haley, called 911. He was apparantly drooling with his eyes rolled back in his head when found. He was transported to the hospital just prior to noon on Friday.

Haley last called 911 for her father in September when he was hospitalized for drinking. David Hasselhoff reportedly takes anti-seizure medication and it is possible that he suffered a seizure in this incidence. It is also possible that the hospitalization is alcohol related, as he has been hospitalized for alcohol poisoning several times in the past and has reportedly been involved in additional alcohol related incidents in both October and November of this year.

Tiger Woods Accident Update

Tiger Woods and his wife were reportedly arguing before he left the family home around 2:30 am. When his wife Elin heard the accident she went outside and broke the back window out of Tiger's SUV with a golf club in order to get him out of the vehicle. When officer's arrived Tiger Woods was lying in the road going in and out of consciousness with his wife hovering over him. He had facial lacerations and blood in his mouth.

He was taken from the scene to the hospital where he was admitted in serious condition. He has since been released. Florida Highway Patrol officers have stated that they attempted to speak with Tiger today but were turned away by his wife, who said he was sleeping. A neighbor said that he has seen Tiger and he looks fine, with minor cuts on his face.

Tiger Woods Seriously Injured in Single Car Accident at 2:25 am

Pro Golfer, Tiger Woods, 33, was seriously injured in the early morning hours today when he hit a fire hydrant and a tree on his neighbors property as he was leaving his home in his Cadillac Escalade. Police have said that alcohol was not involved in the single car crash, but charges are pending. Florida Highway Patrol has stated that the airbags did not deploy in the crash. Tiger was transported to Health Central Hospital in Ococee in serious condition according to FHP. This afternoon, the hospital says he is not there but refused to disclose whether he was treated and released. Tiger and his wife, Elin Nordegren have two children, a girl and a boy.

Roman Polanski has gotten out on bail. He has put up $4.5 million to get on house arrest in Switzerland. This is a man with unlimited resources who has a history of flight risk. Good job, Switzerland. Polanski has been negotiating with Switzerland ever since he was arrested, apparently he doesn't like jail. Little girls don't like being raped, either. I'm convinced he will never see justice.

Adam Lambert Humps Someone's Face, Kisses a Man on TV: People Get Upset

Adam Lambert gave a performance at the American Movie Awards that was extremely reminiscent of David Bowie's over-the-top performances. He was pretending to hump a male dancers face one minute, then moving on to lead leather clad men around on leashes with a whip. Near the end of the song he grabbed his male keyboardist and kissed him fully on the mouth. He also flipped off the audience.

People are upset, ABC has reportedly logged about 1,500 complaints. However, he was the last act of the night, airing around 11 pm in most places. The FCC general rules cover only between 6am and 10pm but leave open the possibility of fines after this time period for obscene material. ABC has said that the offending material was not included in Lambert's rehearsals.

Some people, including Adam Lambert, are saying that the uproar is a double standard because women have done the kiss before, at award shows. There may be a double standard but I would also like to point out a distinction. The other award show with the Madonna/Britney Spears kiss was the MTV Video Music Awards, MTV is a cable channel, ABC is a broadcast channel and as such, is generally held to higher standards by the FCC.

Estate of DJ AM Suing Multiple Defendants for Wrongful Death

Adam Goldstein, aka DJ AM, died August 28, 2009 in Manhattan at the age of 36. His death was due to an accidental overdose of a mix of prescription drugs and cocaine. The year before DJ AM died he was involved in a plane crash. On September 19, 2008 Travis Barker, of Blink 182 fame, and DJ AM were on a Learjet along with two crew members and two other passengers: Chris Baker and Charles Still.

In December of 2008 Adam Goldstein filed a civil lawsuit against Clay Lacy Aviation, Learjet, and Goodyear Tires alleging negligence, a defect on the plane, and breach of contract. Goldstein was asking for damages for pain and suffering, mental anguish, disfigurement and loss of earnings. Friday an amended complaint was filed on behalf of the estate adding wrongful death to the lawsuit.

Brad Pitt tumbled off his motorcycle today after hitting a parked car. What precipitated the crash is up for debate. Of the stories out there: he was weaving in and out of traffic and hit the car, no one else was involved; he was cut off by a photographer and was forced into the car; and he was bumped from behind by paparazzi and knocked into the parked car.

Reports are that the scruffy father of six, and significant other of the beautiful Angelina Jolie, was angry after the crash and took refuge in a nearby apartment complex while he waited for assistance. He's fine, the bike is just a little damaged and wouldn't restart. Given the number of pictures of the scene, it does appear paparazzi was at least present.

Morrissey Collapses on Stage During Opening Song - Hospitalized

Singer Morrissey, 50, collapsed on stage in England Saturday. He had to be dragged off stage. The ambulance service said that they did get a call to attend to a 50 year old white male who was having respiratory problems and was unconscious, he did become conscious by the time paramedics got there.

Morrissey was performing This Charming Man, his opening song, when he slumped to the floor, the lights went down and he was dragged off stage. The audience was told that he was ill and had left, they responded by booing, due to the fact that he is notorious for canceling concerts.

Morrissey was taken to the Great Western Hospital in Swindon, where he remains in stable condition.

Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr. aka Lil Wayne was charged in connection with a 2007 arrest for violating a New York's gun law. He a guilty plea yesterday to a violent class D felony of attempted criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree. He will be sentenced to one year in jail under the plea deal. This will likely translate into 8-10 months of actual time served.

Rapper Lil Wayne, 27, has three children with a fourth on the way. Lil Wayne is also facing charges in Arizona, regarding drug and gun possession, which are expected to go to trial in April. Lil Wayne is due back in court in New York in Decemeber and expected to begin serving his sentence in February.

Keanu Reeves is Not the Daddy

In September Keanu Reeves agreed to give DNA to prove that he is not the father of a Canadian woman's four adult children. Karen Sala filed a suit against Reeves last May claiming that he is the father of her four children. She was asking for child support retroactive to 1988 and spousal support retroactive to 2006. Reeves has maintained that he has never even met the woman. Even DNA is not enough to stop Karen Sala. She is appealing, saying the DNA test results are invalid.
